DOUG PAK
CEO, Frandeli Group, LLC
Mr. Doug Pak co-founded Frandeli Group, LLC and serves as CEO and President. His primary responsibilities include M&A, investor relations and strategic development.
Mr. Pak is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with expertise in restaurant operations, corporate finance, real estate, and technology. Following his passion for the restaurant business, he spent many years as a restaurant development and operations manager for a high-growth multi-brand franchisee. During his tenure, the company grew from a single unit to operating over twenty restaurants including Denny's, Carl's Jr., and Golden Corral Restaurants.
Prior to founding Frandeli Group, Mr. Pak worked as a financial analyst performing valuations of mid-size enterprises in the US and Mexico ranging from $50 Million to $500 Million in value, and small to large commercial properties located in CA and AZ. Mr. Pak also co-founded a technology company with R&D funding from the National Research Council (NRC), a government research funding arm of Canada.
Mr. Pak graduated from UCLA with BA in Business/Economics.
